
Vivian began her Pilates journey in Melbourne, Australia, where the practice became an important part of her daily routine during a demanding professional career—helping her build strength, tone her body, and unwind from the stresses of everyday life.
Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates through EDUPIM, Vivian teaches with a strong focus on fundamentals, control, and sustainable strength, helping clients leave each session feeling stronger, lighter, and refreshed.
Having lived and worked in Melbourne, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, and now Penang, Vivian draws on diverse professional and cultural experiences in her classes. You'll often see her around Permai with her dog and a coffee in hand.

Yu Qi began her movement journey in ballet at the age of seven, training extensively before discovering Pilates. With a background that closely aligns with Pilates’ early roots in dance, she naturally connects strength, alignment, and control through movement.
Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates through EDUPIM and holding a RAD Advanced 2 certification in Ballet, Yu Qi brings grace, precision, and artistry to her teaching.
Originally from Kuala Lumpur, she is also an animator and visual storyteller, drawing inspiration from design and art in her movement work. Alongside Pilates, she continues to perform and teach classical ballet and contemporary dance.

Stephanie discovered Pilates while living in Dubai, where she began practicing prenatal Pilates during her pregnancy with her second son. What started as a way to stay active and support her body through pregnancy soon grew into a lasting passion for movement and mindful exercise.
Trained under BASI in the Comprehensive Equipment repertoire, Stephanie teaches confidently across all Pilates apparatus. With a lifelong love for fitness—from strength training in the gym to a variety of sports—she brings a deep understanding of movement mechanics into every class. Her teaching style is detailed, technical, and focused on helping clients build strong foundations with precision and confidence.
Now based in Penang, Stephanie is passionate about making Pilates accessible to everyone, whether they are new to the practice or looking to refine their technique. Her thoughtful guidance and keen eye for alignment help clients move safely, efficiently, and leave each session feeling stronger and more connected to their bodies.

Alyceia has always enjoyed staying active and doing sports that bring people together, from tennis and badminton to ballet. Looking for a form of exercise she could enjoy independently, she decided to give Pilates a try, a simple curiosity that quickly turned into a passion.
She experienced firsthand how Pilates improved her posture, built functional strength that positively impacted her everyday life. These personal transformations sparked her desire to help others experience the same benefits through mindful movement. Thus leading her to become Certified in EDUPIM Reformer and Mat Pilates as a Pilates Instructor.
Passionate about helping clients feel stronger, Alyceia believes Pilates is a lifelong practice that supports healthy aging and enhances overall quality of life. Her classes focus on building strong foundations with a contemporary twist, helping clients move with more confidence while keeping each session fun, varied, and engaging throughout their Pilates journey.

Laura first discovered Pilates as a teenager when recovering from a dance-related back injury and she never looked back. Whilst working as an investment banker in London, Reformer Pilates became her favourite way to unwind and reset.
Certified through The Flow Studio in Kuala Lumpur, Laura teaches a blend of classical and modern, athletic movement - making her classes both playful and challenging. Whether she’s layering exercises to test your brain-body connection or adding in her signature pulses, her goal is to help you build functional, sustainable strength.
After relocating to Penang in 2024 with her husband, Laura has fully embraced island life. Outside the studio, she balances her time with running, swimming and training for her next Hyrox. And once she’s done with all that, you’ll usually find her unwinding over coffee and brunch with friends.

Fatin discovered Pilates during her former career as a flight stewardess, where the practice helped her manage the physical demands of long-haul travel, fatigue, and jet lag during layovers in the UK, Europe and North America.
Trained under BASI in the Comprehensive Equipment repertoire, Fatin works confidently across all Pilates apparatus, adapting exercises for different bodies. After several years working in Singapore, she has returned to Penang to be closer to family and begin a new chapter in both life and career.
With a gentle and grounded presence, Fatin helps clients feel at ease and confident as they work towards their fitness goals.
